Stephen Parry is a highly experienced consultant, executive coach and facilitator who specialises in guiding senior leaders through complex change. With over 25 years’ experience across transformational change, strategy execution, portfolio and program delivery, Stephen supports organisations to drive measurable results through clarity, alignment and capability uplift.

He has worked with both public and private sector clients across the Asia Pacific region, including major financial institutions, telcos, and government agencies. His expertise spans agile transformation, large-scale change, leadership development and PMO optimisation. Stephen is particularly skilled at simplifying complexity, enabling strategic focus, and building the internal capability needed to deliver long-term value.

Stephen’s recent work includes the recovery of a $40 million data centre project for a major bank, agile-based performance uplift for government agencies, and the development of PMO and delivery frameworks for organisations including Prudential Asia Pacific, DHL and Singtel.

He is a certified SAFe® Practice Consultant, Scrum Trainer and PMP® with recognised credentials in agile leadership, change management and adult learning. Stephen is also an accredited Specialist Adult Educator through the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore.
